The staff were helpful at initial visit explaining the options for stair chair. Follow up calls were promptly returned. On day of installation Zack was on time and very helpful in explaining the mechanics.

Progressive Mobility is an excellent company to deal with. They were prompt in their delivery and prompt and thorough with a small problem I had after delivery. This is the second time I’ve ordered a lift chair from them and would highly recommend them.

Informative presentation at your store/shop. Options and suggestions were appreciated. Delivery quoted time was longer than presented for preorder. Delivery, and the technician was courteous and informative for operation of chair. Phone call for balance due after delivery by Sandy was unacceptable. Did not provide requested summary documentation and questioned my integrity by asking "don't you believe me?" when I requested a simple summary document. It was almost 5 months since order, and updated document seemed reasonable. I was appreciative of Zak stepping in to resolve an issue that should not been an issue.
